 Registrations & Payments

All tournament registrations are accepted on a "first-come, first-served" basis (registration & payment received).  Teams are not officially added to the tournament until their payment is received.  Blue Chip Tournaments expressly reserves the right to reject or to revoke any registration at its sole discretion.

 Cancellations & Refunds

All cancelations must be communicated VERBALLY & IN WRITING.  Tournament and Shootout registrations cancelled 15 or more days before the start of the scheduled event will receive a full refund.  Registrations that are cancelled 10 to 14 days before the scheduled event will be eligible for a store credit equal to the amount of the original purchase.  Any registrations cancelled within 10 days of the event will not be eligible for any type of refund or store credit. 

 Pricing & Promotions

Blue Chip Tournaments reserves the right to change prices or cancel promotions at any time.  All previous purchase prices and promotions are considered final.  Any change that decreases a purchase price will not result in a refund.

 Reward Points

Blue Chip Tournaments reserves the right to change Reward Points values or cancel the program at any time.  All purchase amounts redeemed using Reward Points are considered final.  Reward Points will not be reinstated on canceled orders.  The forfeit of any tournament game will result in 5,000 Reward Points being removed from your account.
